He is. They are both weird though. My friend doesn’t even like him that much yet he moved in with him and complains about him a lot and they fight all the time…my friend is in a relationship for the sake of being in a relationship because he is weird ha! My friend is cool and funny…I just tell him I don’t want to hear about his relationship problems and all that :-P
